At Gringas LLC, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription or event registration. This policy explains the terms and conditions for cancellations.
1. Subscription Cancellations
Minimum Commitment Period: Subscriptions require a 6-month minimum commitment period. Cancellations cannot be processed until after this period has ended.
Cancellation Requests: Must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Requests submitted after this period will apply to the subsequent billing cycle.
Email Format for Cancellations: Please include your full name, subscription ID, and reason for cancellation in your email.
2. Event Cancellations
Refundable Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future event.
Non-Refundable Cancellations: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable.
No-Shows: Failure to attend an event without prior cancellation notice will not qualify for a refund or credit.
3. Gringas LLC-Initiated Cancellations
If Gringas LLC cancels an event, subscription, or service for any reason, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date (if applicable).
4. Confirmation of Cancellation
Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this confirmation, your cancellation request may not have been received or processed.
