Refound Policy

Gringas LLC values your satisfaction and strives to ensure that your experience meets your expectations. This Refund Policy details the conditions under which refunds are issued.

1. Subscription Refunds
No Refunds for Used Subscriptions: Refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods. For example, if a subscription is canceled mid-month, no prorated refund will be given for the remaining days of that month.
Billing Errors: If you believe there was an error in your billing, please contact us within 30 days of the billing date for resolution. Gringas LLC will investigate and issue a refund if an error is confirmed.

2. Event Refunds
Eligible Refunds: Refunds are available for events canceled at least 14 days before the event date.
Non-Refundable Events: Refunds are not issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event date or for attendees who fail to attend without prior notice.

3. Product Refunds
Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds or replacements are offered for products that arrive damaged or defective. Customers must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the product and include photos of the damage in their email.
Return Process: For eligible refunds, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of approval for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.

4. Processing Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
Refund Confirmation: Once a refund is issued, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not see the refund in your account within 10 business days, contact your payment provider for further assistance.

5. Non-Refundable Items
Customized products.
Services or digital products that have already been delivered.
Any item or service explicitly marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
